I applied online. I interviewed at Cyberdyne Tech Exchange in Apr 2021
Interview
It is a small office with no proper layout. No meeting room. The interview was conducted outside the office no proper chair and table as the office is too small. Horrible experience as I don’t expect this from a start up. 3 interviewers - ceo, coo, hr. And the whole interview sucks! They expect to pay peanuts and get the cream of the crop! Think carefully before going to the interview. And they don’t have simple respect for the interviewee’s time and effort. It is one of my worst interview that I’ve attended given that I’ve more than 20 years of work experience.

Tell me about yourself. Please impress me with your experience and convince why should I hire you.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cyberdyne Tech Exchange (Singapore) in Apr 2021
Interview
I was contacted by the HR Executive to schedule an interview. Met with the CCO and within 5 minutes was told I wasn't suitable. It was evident that she had not read the CV before the interview to further shortlist. However, this is not the downside of it. She gave various reasons to end the interview quickly and it was apparent that she was just giving all sorts of excuses to end the interview. Reasons such as "I'm afraid you will not be used to such a small office", "I'm afraid you are not used to such a small headcount". We are all working professionals - nothing difficult or embarrassing to say "I did not read your CV before you came for the interview and I think it is not a good fit on the industry experience". I would fully understand that the rejection was due to no experience in her industry. IMO, not a good superior to be working alongside and no respect for people.

Question 1
In fact, no relevant questions were asked. She spent the first 3 minutes browsing my resume and the next 2 minutes telling me I would not be "used" to working in the company.
