One of the worst companies I have ever interviewed at.Their positions have been open for a year and they have no intention of hiring.The person who took my interview seemed to never have seen my CV before.He didn't know what degree I had or who I was and started giving me free advice on resume formating!!! After much beration he told me to prepare for the test and go to the other room which I waited in for 5 mins before someone from the admin told me that I was free to leave.I have never seen such rude people in my life.It is beyond me what the founder thinks she's achieving by allow staff to treat people like this.

The interview process was time-consuming as there was a test after the interview that assessed your writing/research abilities. This was followed by a second interview with yet another test. The tests were minimum 4 hours long.
