Cypher Coders Coding Instructor interview questions

I was given an asynchronous interview, similar to a hirevue interview. I was asked about my teaching and coding experience. A very negative experience overall, asynchronous interviews are disrespectful to canidates. A candidate should be able to interact with someone from the company, instead we have to answer questions and pretend someone is on the other side. It's awkward and they are not quick to provide feedback.
