DADA Goldberg interview questions

Quite a long interview process where they required me to do 3 separate assignments, including 2 strategy documents about a current client of theirs and their own social media channels. I was disappointed to be rejected at the final stage due to "culture fit." This feedback should have been communicated earlier in the process. It is such a waste of a candidate's time to ask for so many ideas, only to reject them based on something unrelated to the work they were asked to do. Leadership so do AND KNOW better.
