I've been invited to apply through a recruitment agency. The process took about 4 weeks. I completed an art test, had a few interviews with Art lead and a team, answered general questions and had a trial day. After almost a month of communication and completing the final test and trial, Digit asked for a few days to make a final decision and disappeared forever. I had never received any answer from them. No compensation for doing an Art test.
