We talked informally at a career fair, I got to meet a fair amount of team members. It was difficult to talk about specifics because they are a consultant so I would imagine many details of project specifics are left confidential.

What are some previous software projects you have worked on?
The interview process was all question based. Object oriented programming fundamentals and clean code best practices are very important for success in passing the interviews. Furthermore people skills and business skills are nice, but the tech skills are must have.
required 1.5 years experience having knowledge of Java, DSA, OOPS, Spring Concepts with theory and practical implementation. Hiring was for SAP Hybris project which they told that they will provide basic training.
