The process is about conceptual finance and accounting terms. Business understanding, excel skills and communication skills. Hr would schedule round with technical team and they ask the qns. I had a good and learning experience.

Starts with the resume shortlisting and moving forward with general HR discussion. After that an assessment test is conducting to check general knowledge of market research and PowerPoint/excel. If shortlisted after this then there is a managerial round for the final selection.
