The process is pretty casual. We scheduled a meeting through one of the investors of the company, and the CEO talked to me for about two hours on Skype and I got the offer. The CEO spent the majority of the time talking about what the company is about, and I just introduced myself and talked a little about how I can contribute. Very laid back interview.
