I don't know where to start. Firstly, the communication skills of HR is just horrible. Super unprofessional tone and the way of talking and you can sense the massive passive aggression even from the emailing. The hiring manager didn't even seem she checked my CV before the interview. So she had no background info during the interview which was also super unprofessional.
Secondly, it seems like they hire interns for their actual backlog to have cheap-labour basically. Sorry, it is not even cheap, it is almost free (2.5 EUR per hour which is 300 EUR per month -tax free-). It is just cruel. I could understand hiring a few interns (a 7:1 or 8:1 ratio) for support, proof-of-concept research, or to identify potential full-time hires, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. They expect real work for real customers from interns. They just abuse it. There is probably an intern army in the company. You can just go to their jobs section, you can find open intern positions in any time.
Looking for a place to learn, grow, and contribute in this competitive industry with strict university requirements may make students desperate, but it's important to remember that "They are not slaves". They are the designers, engineers, marketers, financiers, etc., of the future, and they are there just to do their research/projects and to gain significant learning/experience nothing more.
This company has so many RED flags that I couldn't list them all without exposing myself further or spreading their toxicity. If you read this review, I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from it.
