Interview
I initially started with a referral from a previous superior of mine. I had a one on one interview with one of the executives, and while interviewing caught the eye of the vice president. I was then offered a different position, interviewed with a director and a manager, and was given an offer the next day.
Communications with Read, the Vice President, was a pleasure as he is responsive and an excellent person to interface with. He is very precise in his wording and specific in his meaning, and the clarity in his correspondence with me made the decision easy to make as there was nothing that was unclear or iffy.

Question 1
The interview process is a standard interview, but at the end, the most difficult question is more to do with culture fit - are we, as applicants, ready for, and excited for, a position where individual actions have a far higher impact than most smaller companies? The leadership is very open in new or innovative ideas so long as they are grounded by sound reason and planning.
