Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter about the role and within a couple pf days a virtual interview was organized. Despite our time zone difference, a reasonable time for the interview was arranged. The HR Directors that I met are lovely people who made an effort to answer my concerns. I really enjoyed meeting them.

What are you looking for in your next role? Questions regarding my values.
Did a phone interview with a recruiter and it went great. The conversation was great, I felt qualified, and I was given instructions on next steps and the interview process. I followed up immediately (as usual) and heard nothing. One week later I followed up again and heard back another 4 days later being told that there was another candidate they were interested in.
