I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DUXGroup (Amsterdam) in Jan 2024
Interview
Nice recruiter, very honest and supportive in answering questions. The interview was mostly about personal fit and no case to solve. Overall good experience but not the company for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DUXGroup (Limassol, Limassol) in Aug 2023
Interview
The company is engaged in gambling (mainly online casinos). I had 4 stages: an HR call, a call with the hiring manager, a test task, and a call with the deputy CEO. At each stage, the same thing was asked. What is my experience and general knowledge of product management. They offered a light case, of what actions I would take under the given conditions. The test task took about 1.5 hours, no more. After that, I received an offer. It was decorated just awful. No conditions were clear from it, it was not even written how many days off and for which jurisdiction (the company operates in different countries). I asked some clarifying questions about the possibility of relocation (we discussed this in advance), and about the bonus calculation scheme. But I was given only vague formulations "Everything is the will of management, and they will decide for themselves." As a result, they withdrew their offer, because I have too structural issues for this company. Honestly, I was very happy about it. I don't recommend this company if you want to work in a transparent and open culture.
