Awful organisation, I was first contacted by HR for initial screening. Later on a separate call was requested to come for an interview but didn't recieve any details until few hours before the interview.
Individual who was meant to interview me didn't turn up instead another individual came to take my Interview and requested another person to dialin and assist who dropped of within 15 minutes and while I was answering to their question.
Office was unimpressive with old junk kept everywhere in the meeting room.
I never heard back from them and I am glad that I didn't.

Question 1
Which knowledge area from PMBOK you enjoy most as part of your job and why?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DWS (Melbourne) in Jan 2019
Interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DWS (Melbourne) in July 2018Process involves 3 stages:
1. HR interview. Here you are assessed for your cultural suitability to the company. This was quite rigorous
2. Technical interview: Here a senior consultant interviews you in relation to the type of role you are seeking. Sometimes these can become quite specific in terms of the information sought. You might be asked to solve a problem right there in the interview room.
3. An aptitude test.
First round of discussion was with the HR and second round was with a peer level person (Project Manager in my case). I did well in both the interviews. I was then asked to provide two professional references, which I did. The HR contacted my referees and received a very positive feedback. After the reference check, I followed up to check on the update. I was told that they have kept the position on hold and will make a decision in about week's time. I followed up again after a week. At that time I was told that the company has too many people on the bench and they do not have a billable assignment for me, also the HR was not sure if the situation may change in the near future. Overall, I didn't have a good experience. It was a mere waste of my time and also my referee's time who took some time off from their busy schedule to respond back to the DWS HR. The HR should have been well informed of the company's billing pipeline and shouldn't have progressed through the hiring process if the company is not in an ideal position to hire anyone. I wish I get an opportunity to discuss the matter with leadership team member, so this is not repeated with any other potential candidate.
