Had 4 rounds of interview two on the phone and two face to face. The interviews was very generic to the business. They showed the positive on the interview rounds. After the interviews and psychometric test, I was asked for referal check. Then asked for another face to face interview and the person at that time mentioned that he will be the new hiring manager!!!
