There was no interview process - it was cut short because I announced my very fair salary range on the first HR call. For context, the job ad they had in their site required a bachelor of cybersecurity + known certificates (note: they probably just googled them because CISSP of all certs was they, which at minimum expects you to have least five years of cumulative cybersec experience - so how does this 2+ work??). So the moment I told my range, they told me they offer substantially lower pay and started to downplay the role into an entry-level, junior role. I never got to a technical questionnaire, or anything. Just got cut off with zero effort on their side. Complete dehumanization and absurd HR strategy from their Talent Acquisition team in Bulgaria.
