I applied online. I interviewed at DailyPay in Nov 2020
Interview
Applied through a tech startup website and had multiple interviews reaching the final presentation round. The process took 6+ weeks and is extremely time consuming. First interview was with the recruiter and other 3 video interviews were with different members of the team spanning over several weeks. The final PowerPoint presentation was extremely time consuming and required time and research as if someone was interviewing for a managing director position. The support and assistance from the recruiter was disorganized and lacked professionalism throughout the entire process.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DailyPay in Jun 2020
Interview
Applied online and a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. Pretty standard process, except for getting ghosted. I eventually reached out to the recruiter 2 weeks later and instead of her replying, I received the canned auto no-reply email letting me know they moved on. For a company that is adjacent to the HR and Payroll/Benefits world, I expect better. Considering the times, you would think a company would try to incorporate more of a "human" element in the process and not leave people hanging and respect their time and efforts.

Question 1
Why DailyPay?
Tell me about your background?
Salary expectations. All pretty standard stuff.
I applied online. I interviewed at DailyPay (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
Poorly organized and lack of professionalism. They didn't even have the professional courtesy to tell me if they wanted to proceed in the interviewing process. That is why the company 95% fake reviews posted by current management.
