At the first stage, 8 talent was invited for the interview, 3 was shortlisted for another round of interview. The second stage came as a discussion between the interviewer and the 3 talents whereby we were given real time case studies and we were expected to discuss just so they could assess our expression, problem solving skill and ability to take initiative and ability to work as a team
