Interview
Firstly you have to give a Typing test then Writting test and after that you have to give viva to operation manager.
Question pattern is very easy and writting part basically focused on CSR related.
1. Typing test - have to exceed 25 words per minute
2. Interview with the TLs - easy questions about yourself, your strengths and weakness
3. Interview with the managers - they will evaluate you whether you're suitable for the job or not

Interview
The whole interview process is in 3 steps. At first they took a written exam. And the questions were the basic question. After that they took a typing test where you have to type a sentence as much as you can in 60 seconds. At the last they took a viva. In the viva board they are very friendly and ask you general questions like introduce yourself, why you agree this job etc.
