Interview process was very straightforward and fast. They had a panel of 4 people from the business unit, HR, technical team. They were very pleasant. They told me what skills they need based on my CV and whether or not I will be able to bridge the gap of those skills required that are not yet fully developed and manifested on my part. They also asked about how I handle a fast paced environment because they are a company with growing client base and demand not only within the UAE but also in Europe.
