Dataquest interview process usually consists of 2-3 rounds. Pre-screening round: This round is designed basically to understand the availability for the interview and some basic technical questions were asked. This round is always a telephonic round. Technical round: The second round is mostly technical+managerial round, which involve a Manager testing your technical skills and overall personality. The interviewer can ask you any questions related to your skill set or related to any other aspect of your personality. HR Round : Here comes the part which we all eagerly wait for salary discussion round. After the salary discussion is over, an offer letter is sent to the candidate which he/she has to accept.
