Interview
Multiple rounds of on site interviews. Had to go on site to Norwalk and be interviewed by the team. I went on site twice and a call was made after confirming the offer.
The process was quick, efficient, good questions and nice people with an insightful presentation and role play round. Good communication from recruiter and all in all a good learning experience.

Interview
Smooth process with 2 phone interviews and final interview was in person - 95% of their staff are white middle age men - no diversity and noticing that set me off about their company culture. Doesn't look like a Canadian company at all.
