I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at David Lloyd Clubs (Colchester, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
Was happy to get an interview with the regional manager, had a decent interview for an hour but disappointly, I never got any feedback what so ever, no call or even email to say I wasn't successful. The HR team completely ignored the few calls I put in to follow up professionally. Pretty unprofessional of DL i'm sad to say.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at David Lloyd Clubs (Notting Hill, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
1-2-1 first interview, the GM was very friendly and welcoming, it was basic questions, why this role, tell me about yourself, current role etc.
We spent about 75 mins talking about my CV my experience, the club, what she is looking for. Unfortunately, like often with these roles is that you don't get chosen if they think your personality will not fit what the club or current team needs. I did ask for feedback after receiving the email about not getting the job but I never got any feedback. These roles come up rarely in one's local area therefore giving more thorough feedback would help people build their career.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at David Lloyd Clubs (Milton Keynes, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Good process although no feedback received either from the direct line manager or the HR representative present in the interview, at the end. For a brand represented in the Times Top Companies to work for the lack of post interview communication was a surprise.
