Interview with HR followed by a design task was set to be completed over a number of days to a set deadline. Like other interviewees, I'm now somewhat suspicious that the role actually exists, having been advertised for some time without appointment.

A design task was set to be completed over a number of days to a set deadline.
Honestly think they just interview people for research purposes. Had about 6 interviews and had to put together proposals of how to improve their business (which they kept). They were still recruiting for same role about a year later. Even the recruiter stopped working with them because they are time wasters.
