Interview atmosphere was welcoming and positive. I was interviewed by the principal and assistant principal at the school in which I wanted to work. Interview lasted about an hour and focused on specifics of the position, expectations of administration and my qualifications. On a side note, every interview I have had with DCS has started with the question, "Can you drive a bus?"
