Davidson Homes interview questions

I went through about 3 rounds of interviews within a month's time. The final interview was in person and lasted for approximately 3 hours, during which I met the same people I had spoken to during the previous rounds. After meeting with everyone in the office, the recruiter informed me that they had not yet made a decision. It has now been 3 months since that final interview with no answer.

very straight forward with two people conducting the interview I then met with the CFO for a minute. Standard interview nothing really out of the ordinary. Got a call with a day to see if I wanted the position.
