      My direct report and upper management are always willing to listen to my ideas. Flexible, good benefits package, good pay.

      Cons

      Sometimes the responsibility of certain tasks are unclear of who should be doing them. Need more clear cut advancement opportunities.

      -Supportive and collaborative division-level leadership -Positive team culture within the division office -Direct Manager, Division President & overall team was great to work with -Team members were dedicated and worked hard to support one another

      -Corporate leadership frequently involved in division operations in ways that created tension -Division experienced the deaths of two Vice Presidents within a short time, with little organizational support during the transition -Remaining staff were expected to absorb significant additional responsibilities -Unexpected leadership losses created instability within division management, and increased corporate involvement and limited support negatively affected team morale.
