It was a great experience, although it took almost 6 months before I was eventually hired. Recruitment process is very thorough and interviewers mostly have a high level of Emotional intelligence and use it in such a way that your motivation, passions, skills are laid bare to see. The first stage was a phone interview then the second stage was a presentation where you would present a project or engineering endeavor you have made in the past and questions would be asked of you from your presentation. If you make it past that stage the next interview is with the CEO/HR which is another level to see if your motivation and hunger matches with the goal of the company.
