It’s quite disappointing that, as a Recruitment & HRBP Assistant Manager, you couldn’t even provide a rejection or proper update despite my repeated follow-ups via WhatsApp regarding the interview process I had already gone through up to the user interview stage.
The process had even reached salary negotiation and join date discussions, which naturally gave the impression that things were moving forward seriously. At the very least, don’t give candidates false hope if there’s no intention to proceed to the offering stage.
Giving a rejection is the bare minimum form of professionalism and respect for candidates who have invested their time, energy, and effort throughout the entire process.
