They have two processes. The first one is a group interview, and the second one is an individual interview.
For the group interview, the interviewees would be divided into two groups. Each group will be given a theme, and they should discuss: if this theme were to be made into a musical, what kind of audience would it attract, what issues they would need to pay special attention to, how they would redesign or redecorate the theatre, and what special activities, drinks, or snacks they would include.

Three steps in the group interview, first is information about the company and what the offer, the second is a mini group task - I believe they are testing to see if you know what a typical theatre experience is like, the third is the individual interview.
