Fun overall - we were put in groups and given a fake show/musical, and then we had to discuss what kinds of customers we think we'd get in the audience, a piece of themed merch we think would sell well, things like that. And then we presented it to the group. After the group interview the manager of the theatre that is interested in you will call you back for a quick 1:1, maybe 2-5 minutes. That's it!
They have two processes. The first one is a group interview, and the second one is an individual interview.
For the group interview, the interviewees would be divided into two groups. Each group will be given a theme, and they should discuss: if this theme were to be made into a musical, what kind of audience would it attract, what issues they would need to pay special attention to, how they would redesign or redecorate the theatre, and what special activities, drinks, or snacks they would include.
