HR for position qualification - to check for position fit, information required by HR
Behavioral interview - to check for culture fit
Case Study - to check for consulting acumen and logic/ thinking for problem solving
Hiring manager/ partner interview - for closing

They asked for potential clients I can tap for consulting services based on the network I have.
Intake gesprek door HR, gevolgd door interview met de portfolio partner. Nadien nog een full-day assessment (cognitive skills, leadership skills, interactiestijl, ...) en een finaal interview met een senior partner.

I had applied for a Global role and the interview was very straightforward as they needed a specific set of skills and exposure to a product which I had. There were 2 rounds, one with HR and one with the project Director. It was a very positive experience and they made me feel at ease.

Very lengthy and complicated it took me around 6 months to complete all interview and presentation. HR interview was a long one. They are not negotiating salary, whatever offered take it or leave it
