I applied on November and I received a phone call on January 16, they asked about every day to day scenarios and how you would handle difficult passengers. They called me at 8:00 PM from a 00 number. After answering the questions the hr personnel told me they would contact me either by phone or email. Keep you posted
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
