It was like hunger games, everyone is sitting in a room and they ask you to say your name and the first place you would visit with the flight benefits and what safety means to you.
The interview process was long but straight forward. The company took almost a month to review my application but once I went in for a face-to-face interview, I was hired on the spot.

Describe a time when you had a difficult encounter with a customer or coworker, how was the issue resolved?
Panel 1:1 with 10 people in a group. You get call to go individually to the room with the recruiter. The interview can take up to 2-3 hours all applicant need to dress appropriately.
