I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Mar 2013
Interview
I applied online in Dec '13, and received the first response in February. Then over the course of about 2 months I went through the online process as described by others (check passport, questions on what would you do in this situation) and finally was invited for F2F interview in March. The day of the interview was interesting to say the least. You were divided into groups and go through different stations. One was to introduce yourself, one was to ask questions, and finally the F2F interview where they asked questions which you have to answer using the STAR method. Then they gathered everyone and said they would get in touch with you and asked two people to stay because of passport issues. Those were the ones who were offered a job.

Question 1
The questions were based on past experience job or school related, which makes it hard to answer if you have been out of the work force for a while.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
