Interview
The first interview is a computer recorded one. Where you are asked 5 questions and to be answered in the star format. If you pass that you will get an email that will set up a phone screening, they pretty much go over the standards and offer you a F2F, have your passport ready. Then you are emailed with your F2F details of 3 dates to choose from and 2 times either 7:30 or 12:30. Then they email you back with your itinerary.

What from your experience and background make you an ideal candidate?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
