I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2015
Interview
The other reviews cover the application, one-sided and phone call interview very well. I experienced the exact 5 questions on the one-sided interview which were included in other reviews. The F2F, two on one interview is all about customer service questions. I would advise having up to 10 different customer scenarios scenarios from your past experience to talk about during the two on one interview. They will ask you 6 questions and they are all about customer service experiences. I felt like this section is what really determined if they hire you or not.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a customer
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
