Interview
The interview process was very long. After submitting my application it took months to hear back from them for the initial phone interview. After two phone interviews they asked me to come for an in person interview. The in person interview felt more like a sorority recruitment. The flight attendants performing the interview started off with a song with clapping, there were beverages and snacks, and lots of mingling. There was a large group of people interviewing together so they could see how you could interact with others. There was a brief one-on-one interview and then a physical part to see if you could fit in a jumpseat and reach certain emergency operations for the doors. The entire in person process lasted close to 7 hours.

They asked specific questions on how you would react in certain emergency situations and asked you to give specific examples of how you dealt with situations in past occupations.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
