I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online on August 11th and received an email to complete my virtual one side interview on August 14th. I am really grateful for everyone who contributed their interview information on this site because it was very accurate. Had I not looked up this information and prepared various answers for the behavioral type questions I would have been so lost. My advice to anyone is take the time to look at the questions that are asked and take the time to practice a scenario/answer to each question and then take the time to practice saying it without the paper. I spent my whole day coming up with different answers and practicing. I was so happy when the interview consisted of the questions that I actually prepared for, with behavioral type interview questions if you have not taken the time in advance to at least consider what you will say it will leave you looking stuck and confused. Not many people think of a story on the fly but if you are good with that then you should be OK. As long as you have the Situation/Task, Action that was taken, and the Result. No matter how much you practice, it is still very nerve wrecking. I found myself feeling super nervous while answering each question and i just pray that it did not show and I get invited to the f2f interviews. If there is anyone that felt they just did OK on their virtual interview and they still got invited to the f2f interviews please let me know. In the meantime it is just a waiting game for me and I am really hoping for the best.
Interview questions [5]
Question 1
A time you witnessed a co-worker or colleague breaking the rules?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
