The interview process was long but straight forward. The company took almost a month to review my application but once I went in for a face-to-face interview, I was hired on the spot.

Describe a time when you had a difficult encounter with a customer or coworker, how was the issue resolved?
Panel 1:1 with 10 people in a group. You get call to go individually to the room with the recruiter. The interview can take up to 2-3 hours all applicant need to dress appropriately.
