I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was brief and it didn't take much of your time. They go straight to the point. Out of 45 only 6 got hired that day. They paid for my round trip to GA. They separate you into groups and each group goes through rounds. I couldn't read why the people that got hired got hired and the ones that did not get hired didn't. There were flight attendants from another airline who did not get hired.

Question 1
The questions that were asked were worded very different. I cant remember what was asked exactly word for word but I do know it was worded very different.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
