Interview
I went through the initial video interview. Delta asked me 8 total questions, 5 situational and 3 yes or no questions. The interview questions were pre-recorded and I felt highly prepared. The yes or no questions were if I would adhere to the uniform, did I have any tattoos, and would I be willing to relocate.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
