It started good, but quickly degenerated. Some of the people involved were really friendly and nice to talk to, others not so much.
I wish more startups realised that what makes them special and attractive is the fact that they're startups, and implement hiring processes that match that.
If you're a serious and capable software engineer, take your skills elsewhere.
Had a first screening interview with a very friendly lady. She asked about my background, e t c. The whole process was fine. Unfortunately I didn't proceed to the next step.
