I interviewed with six other candidates in a group setting. The interviewer asked everyone to briefly introduce themselves before moving on to several scenario-based questions related to customer service and sales situations. The interviewer was quite talkative, but overall the process felt relaxed, straightforward, and not particularly difficult.
