The process was simple, but however its a lot more judging on the resume versus actually asking questions about your experiences and knowledge. When it came to the interview it was just one individual, who explains its suppose to be two, who basically asks your opinion about the app rather than what are your experiences and getting in depth to what you did, how you did it, and the knowledge that you gained from it. Not once did they mention at least "What are tactics that you would take on TikTok to grow the client's account and what creative ideas would you apply that fits best with this particular client?" Instead, they ask "Whats your favorite thing about TikTok?" or "What is your favorite thing to geek out on TikTok?" Then 2 hours after the interview, they sent an email saying "Unfortunately, we have decided to not move forward with you because of lack of experience" which makes me question what are they really looking for and how they organize the interview questions and all because it seems to be a little discriminate and unfair because they never really asked about my experience even when I told them that I have more than 5 years experience with the platform. Be careful with them and the interview process because, again, its more judging of the resume, which they should do beforehand and make the decision if people fit the room, rather than ask more about the experience that you have and adventure into the knowledge that you know of TikTok and what success that you have had with the platform that caused growth.
