I've got discarded after the HR interview, I've exposed them that I have a diagnosed problem related with sound and going to the office is extremely stressful for me. I can do the effort to go weekly, but not three times a week during the onboarding. I got rejected for that, they're looking for someone 'who has not to make an extra effort to go to the office'. Also asked about their diversity, multiculturalism is the only things they could think of. Seems that disabled people are not for them. Great job Derbysoft.
