Interview
Very basic process; online numerical tests, first round interview, and assessment center (final round). Typical questions, but focused on technical side of the usual patterns. Interviewers were friendly and helped if I had trouble finding the right answer, overall IBD interviews are getting closer to the typical consulting ones.
Process was quite quick. Starts with a hirevue / telephone interview.
Then invited to the AC at their office which consists of 30 min case study prep and then 3 interviews - case study, technical and behavioural
