I applied through university. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Coimbatore) in Nov 2010
Interview
I was a campus recruite... First was an aptitude test, followed by group communcation test, followed by technical round and then HR round.. After clearing first two rounds, technical round was based on college syllabus. Recruiter asked me what were the papers i had in my curriculum. And then he selected one and asked me about microprocessor 8085, controllers 8051, Gates and some networking. HR round was simple. Just basic questions, how many people in your family, what are they doing, tell me about yourself, which field you want your hubby to be...

great interview process, felt that both sides of the parties can honestly say what's on their mind. I think the interviewee is always a good proxy for the companies culture.
assessment day consisted of back to back interviews, one involving a case study, a behavioural interview and a competency interview. this was for the internship so it wasn’t too technical and overall not that difficult. more questions about technology within the banking sector so useful to know banking technicals
