I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (London, England) in Jan 2011
Interview
It was a warm lead, so the first interview I had was with the head of recruitment and was a competency based interview. I then met some of the team and had 3 short interviews with other recruiters who managed other functions in the business. I then met with 3 senior line directors and had slightly tougher interviews with them. They were looking to see how resilient I was!

Interview
Vague and disorganized. It was unclear the title of position I was interviewing for as it changed for my 2nd and 3rd round of interview. The interviewers did not turn on their camera for the first virtual interview.
