Pricing team tends to only go through one recruiting firm (Daily and Associates). Probably interview 5 candidates max for one position. Went in for one interview, which was more of a discussion. No challenging questions at all. Just asked about current job, why I was leaving, and discussed the position. Met with AVP, VP, and director. Process of getting hired was not quick. I was told $50K-80K range, but had to send a pay stub form my job at the time, which caused them to low-ball me ($42,500) on the offer. Negotiated to $47,500. I think money is mostly decided by HR and not the people you will be directly working for.
