Interview
Fantastic process - Simple and straightforward. The internal recruiter and HR team is the absolute best! All of the folks I interviewed with were considerate of my time. Everyone was on time and very pleasant to interact with.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Device42 in Aug 2024
Interview
4 interviews:
- recruiter screen
- manager screen
- colleague screen
- panel presentation (they give you access to the demo site and have you learn to present the product).
Things were going great, clicked well with the team I met and I actually moved to the offer stage. However, instead of telling me right away that they moved forward with another candidate, they scheduled a meeting 1 week later to tell me. I asked them why they did that and they said it was because they want to keep the relationship open and "do me the favor of a phone call." I told them it felt like I was strung along totally unprofessionally and had my time wasted, especially after interviewing for almost 2 months. You should tell someone right away that they're not going to be selected so you stop wasting their time.
